Belle Plaine, Jordan, Shakopee, Prior Lake, New Prague, Burnsville Savage, as well as these online schools (Chaska HS, Link 12, Connections Academy, Eden Prairie Online).

PATH Prevention begins after a school support plan is created or can be included as a part of the school support plan as an enhancement. Schools determine whether a referral gets made in conjunction with the school support plan or after. Schools also have the discretion to recommend if a student needs the traditional or fast path based on attendance history.
